A micromirror array in which a large number of optical elements or convex unit optical elements are arrayed has attracted attention in recent years because of its simple structure and expected to reduce manufacturing costs (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). Among them, a concave unit having “two mirror surfaces orthogonal to each other” (a pair of adjacent light reflecting surfaces forming a right-angled corner, that is, “corner reflector”) disposed at an angle perpendicular to or close to this substrate. A micromirror array in which a plurality of elements are arranged has been developed. in space, a unit optical that reflects light by one or more mirror surfaces is applied to a substrate (substrate) that constitutes the element surface of the optical element.
